West of Temperance Winery began with a simple conviction: that great wine doesn't need to shout. In a region known for its volume, we chose the quieter path — small lots, deliberate fermentation, and the kind of attention that can't be rushed.
Located on Coffey Lane in Santa Rosa, our cellar is a place where the focus stays on the fruit and the craft. Every varietal we produce is a study in restraint — balancing the character of Sonoma County terroir with a hand that knows when to step back.
